Disclaimer I won a copy of this book through Library Thing s Early Reviewer program This cookbook is filled with nourishing recipes that can be easily taken on backpacking, hiking and camping trips Be aware that many of the recipes call for the use of a dehydrator, so if you don t have a commercial dehydrator it will limit the number of recipes you can try However, even without a dehydrator many of these meals look delicious enough to try off the trails as well
