    1. This book is hilarious The sarcasm coming from Doc from the very first page is just my style of dry cynical humor The story is pretty straight forward girl places profile on dating site, goes on to describe some hilarious dates, then meets the perfect partner Then we get to hear about some of their life together, etc All throughout, you get the incredibly humorous and pleasant story telling There is no deep plot, no mystery or thriller just a story about doc s life and the growing relationship w [...]

    2. The first time I ever actually LAUGHED out Loud for real was when I read this book from the first pages where we are learning about Doc through a personal ad placed in a paper and all the wacky antics as a result of it I was rolling on the floor.I love that it is a easy and fast read and O Conner has away with pacing and plot that I wanted immediately upon completing it I haveread all the others in this series as well and Wish she would write

    3. i picked up poem in barnes and noble a while back and absolutely loved it so when same socks came out, i went out and got it as soon as i could and devoured it overnight.Dani s writing is very real life, witty, sarcastic at times, and her description and dialogue has depth but is also so easy to read which is great because i have the attention span of a goldfish.wait what were we talking about

    4. there is, like, no conflict in this book if you want to read about two people falling in love and having minimal bumps along the way, be my guest, but it struck me as very odd and of a i love you so much i wrote a book about how awesome you are book it does have some funny moments that i appreciated, though and i kinda just want someone else to read it and see if they have the same reaction and this is why is a crapshoot in terms of finding new interesting lez books

    5. I love this book such a refreshing approach to lesbian romance And after reading books about the Nazi concentration camps and psychotic murderers, Dani O Connor is just what I need
