    1. review from 1998 Chris Atack s Project Maldon, is a surprisingly good read Indeed, I was so surprised that I decided to go to the trouble of actually writing a review I hope to convince you to rush out and buy a copy of this debute novel, in spite of the apparently good reasons not to.I must confess that I had originally bought the book only out of a sense of completion I try to keep my Canadian sf library up to date That, and because Mr Atack turned out to be standing next to me when I asked th [...]

    2. The Skellig Michael Institute is an organization committed to preventing the final collapse If anyone can do it the Institute seems the most likely choice they have bottomless resources, the best trained personnel ever gathered, and the guidance of the world s most advanced artificial intelligence With the computer brain of Helen to guide them, and a single minded purpose pounded into them, certainly the Institute is the most likely to succeed in this impossible assignment That is, if everyone a [...]

    3. 4. Well written Cyberpunk ish Sometimes confusing from a convulated plot, but it wasn t too distracting, I could get back on track easily. It s always weird to read a novel with a recognizable location This is set in futuristic Toronto I ve lived there for many years and to hear the actual street names is strange cuz I m picturing a map in my head and watching the characters drive along the map Like Google of the mind. That s all Read it.
