After having visited the Amafi coast last year, I m wishing I had of read this before I went Having lived on the coast for 18 years, the author has given some really personal insights and advice into where to go and what to see and the best places to eat The photography is beautiful and made me smile just looking at the pictures It has certainly reinforced my itch to revisit the area and explore it , as I never got to most of the places featured in the book That s the advantage to becoming a loc [...]

Not only invaluable as a guide to the region, this is one of the most beautiful coffee table books I own I love the photography and the way the pictures are assembled with the text and little fish symbols On a gloomy day, this book will remind you there is a barman in the south of Italy tamping arabica and toothly grinning because of the wild scent of lemon and beautiful language spoken fervently with a melodic grace.
