Tuscan Roots is a really good read Not only is it a delightful romance but it gives the reader a true flavour of Italy The descriptions are vivid and the characters come across as real The flashbacks to 1944 are handled well and the reader is carried along with Anna as she slowly unravels her mother s story Highly recommended.

    8. A book that takes the reader into the mountains of Italy and the love lives of the characters so brilliantly that one can taste the food, hanker after the wine and become absorbed in the mysteries of the family.A great read.
