Picks up directly where book 1 leaves off.Determined to leave Wrath Lodge and it s borish owner, Rose plots a means of escape She plans to be reunited with her husband at West and this show everyone around Wrath that he is not the villanous thug they all think he is.A nice touch to the book is the time McGunn spends with Rose away from his estate We get see of the man and less of the brute and a gripping twist to his family history.Thankfully book 3 is out so I dont have to wait too long to rea [...]
