People are a curious and a sadistic lot I really liked the writing style of this short story The archaic words are mysterious and draw you into the story, the rhythm of the sentences is fluent, dancing like the cadence of a poem or an ancient incantation of some sort The horror element of the story does not lies behind death but it builds on despair and suffering, which is terrifying Despite all the mystery behind, some elements seem artificial, not to the point of extracting you from the story, [...]
