    2. Well, now I know why everyone loves Poe And such a great collection I got to know his gloomy, horrific, and terrifying sides I got to know Dupin and the mysteries he solved and I even got to know some comedic aspects of Poe s writing Amazing

Read Oct2016 The Raven The Bells Annabel Lee The Haunted Palace The Conqueror Worm The Murders in the Rue Morgue The Mystery of Marie Roget I guess this shows I m not much of a fan of Edgar Allan Poe The longest stories last two listed above were soooooo long winded, it was hard not to fall asleep mid sentence Even with the twist at the end of Rue Morgue, I still found both of these tales to be far too convoluted as to even enjoy the journey Most people have experienced and sometimes wondered at [...]

    4. It is just reprintings of Poe s stories The illustrations, while interesting, are few and far between Not really worth it, unless you just want to collect all of the Poe s you can get your hands on.

    5. I didn t read all of this, it s not really a book that needs to be read cover to cover, just dib in whenever, terrify yourself and put it down again for a bit.
