    1. Well I heard about this book from listening to The Lively Show podcast As a sufferer of PCOS, I thought this might be helpful, but much of the diet kind of stuff is what you can read on any uber healthy trendy blog wheat, dairy, and sugar are out vegetables and lean protein are basically the only things that are in I can t subscribe to such a restrictive diet.I DID like the in depth explanation of different phases within the menstrual cycle, along with her tips on how to maximize your natural eb [...]

    2. I was really excited to read this book, but it ended up being a huge disappointment I felt like Alisa spent too much time talking about less important matters and not enough time touching on the aspects that I was truly interested in For example, she spend page after page talking about how important it is to eat the proper way for balanced blood sugar levels but then spends only 3 pages giving the actual information on how to eat this way I, for one, do not need motivation to eat the right way [...]

    3. I heard the author on a podcast and immediately purchased this book It was pretty informative about how everything works together in your body and how food and lifestyle choices impact a womans health The author did not go very in depth as far a food and life style choices that are most beneficial, only briefly touching on it I found that this book was basically meant to overview these topics and serve as a brochure guiding you to buy the authors 300 program That was a little disappointing becau [...]

    4. Has some good principles I m going to try this for a few months and see if it makes a difference Must be pretty convincing if it got me to quick eating sugar and soda I feel better and think clearly I ve lost weight and am sleeping better We ll see in a couple of months if it is helping with my hormones.Update It has been 2 months and I am feeling much calm and haven t had as much PMS and anger I think it is helping I have eliminated some of the endocrine inhibitors in my routine and I am real [...]

    5. Every woman should read this My girlfriend shared this with me and now I m sharing it with all my female friends and acquaintances because it s actually changed my periods and my life for the better After years of struggling with PMS mood swings, bloating, acne, and fatigue I was so tired of hearing the canned responses about periods being miserable and the negative stereotyping of women as unpredictably hormonal This book is the antidote to the male driven adage of the PMS scaries I am beyond p [...]

    6. Amazing book and insight into what we should become and keep track of as women All of this made sense to me and I feel like I will go back to this book a lot Also, a lot of women in the comment section seemed to either expect this book to tell everything about all sorts of things or to feel the pressure to either do everything the book says or join the program of the author. To all of you 1 Do your own research after the book and do trials on what works or doesn t work for you Things can t be han [...]

    7. I am not yet finished reading this book ,but it s magic has worked for me I am 5 weeks I followed the guidelines as much as I could and with the help of vitamin b group the magic happened This book is not for ordinary readers You have to know and feel the discomfort and sadness that PCOS brings to a woman s life to understand how much of a help this book might be and how much hope it might give you The hope to be a normal person. The first 54 pages were annoying if one could say the auther kept r [...]

    8. A must read for any woman wanting to take a holistic approach to balancing her hormones This book, written by a former PCOS sufferer, is really eye opening about the female body, and how different hormonal issues and pains that we are always taught when we are young that we just have to deal with or take medication and not let it interfere with life, can be addressed with good nutrition and self care This author addresses the endocrine system as a whole, and how different problems, such as insom [...]

    9. There was some useful information in this book, but I found the application to be laughably impractical, particularly for a working woman with children I would have to have my lunch by 9 30 am, and my dinner by 4 30 pm at the latest, for example, and I should be in bed by 8 30 pm To be honest, once I read that, I skimmed the rest of the book While I appreciated the way Vitti connected the systems of the body and hormonal cycles and learned about how my body should work, I was really turned off [...]

    11. This book is for women with problems such as ovarian cysts and endometriosis and luckily none of that applies to me But I wanted to read it anyway, because it s about the way hormones rule every part of our lives and we should be paying attention to them She offers up extreme lifestyle changes eradicate all chemicals from your home no dairy and no gluten exercise, eat and plan your daily work activities according to your monthly menstrual cycle as the key to getting your hormones to work for you [...]

    12. There is some good information in here, unfortunately not really anything new for me If you re just starting on a fertility journey, you could start here but I ve been on it for some time so it s mostly review I really wish she explained the eating protocol thoroughly, it s only given a few pages whereas her personal story took up chapters Why eat artichokes in the follicular phase Where do tomatillos fall into her scheme Without knowing the reasons why she included certain foods in each catego [...]

    13. I read this book after hearing the author speak twice on The Lively Show podcast She emphasizes using natural remedies and techniques to deal with issues from infertility to irregular cycles to skin problems I think some of her program is interesting but it would be so hard to fully implement But it was interesting to read about ways to impact your cycle and hormonal balance through eating.

    14. Understand your menstrual cycle and reproductive health in a new, brilliant way.Vitti explains the four parts of your monthly cycle in beautiful detail with easy food and lifestyle recommendations to heal.

    15. Profound Great 4 day cleanse to reset your endocrine system Learn how all hormones are dependent on each other, foods to eat and ways to adjust your lifestyle for different phases of your cycle I want to learn even First, I m going to try to balance my blood sugar levels.

    16. I particularly liked the section on food I ve been really into matching my diet to my cycle, and learning all about enhancing my biological processes.
