    2. After recently becoming interested in renaissance architecture, I found this book in my University s library It has provided me with a great foundation of knowledge and appreciation for the topic, and inspired me to go further While I can see this book being boring for some crowds, I personally enjoyed it, and constantly shared interesting facts or pages with friends and family For me, a great read all around.

    3. I seriously doubted I would enjoy this much a book that is a part of literature for my paper The book was well written, with simple yet in detail described architect and it s works, while giving a good enough review of all of it The only thing that didn t like, was the dislocation of pictures which made it a little hard to follow But in all, a very good book

    4. An excellent, instructive work that guides the reader through the origins development of Italian Renaissance architecture from the Italian Gothic Romanesque styles straight through to Andrea Palladio s magnificent, symmetrical villas Wonderful wonderfully illustrated with plenty of photos architectural plans.
