    1. Immortality and eternal love with a refreshing spin on Vampirism makes an addictive combination As a Twi hard and romantic reader my heart was melted by this hauntingly mesmeric novel Angels and Demons and archaic Vampire lores are blended beautifully into a richly complex narrative that s original, eclectic and takes a new spin on common preconceptions Angel s breath goes beyond boundaries by not only including classic elements of paranormal fantasy, but by interweaving entirely new concepts an [...]

    2. I received this book via a First Reads Giveaway This is my honest review This story absolutely drew me in, right from the first chapter The contemporary vampire fiction novel pleasantly surprised me.The characters are strong and intriguing.Claremont is such a dark character I wanted to read and about him and by the end of the book I really grew to love him as a character Both character and plot development in this book are gradual but very detailed The story starts quite slowly with intricate [...]

    3. Angel s Breath takes a creative look beyond your typical vampire story The characters are beautifully drawn, real and easy to relate to This book will appeal to a wide audience It hits a bright note built around a dark concept It is a book you will read than once, searching for the true meaning that cleverly rest between the lines.

    4. My latest read Angel s Breath is a contemporary piece of vampire fiction about human nature, our sacrifices for love and humanity s struggle to persevere.Set in a time of Brean s life that many would be able to relate too, Angel s Breath by Yvonne Von Innes has the potential to be applicable and appealing to a wide audience It s vampire fiction at its most tasteful and refined The concept of the vampire very much symbolises the darker side of human nature But admittedly I prefer my vampire ficti [...]

    5. Angel s Breath is an intriguing and skillfully written novel The main character, Brean, is a young college student who is both likable and naive His new professor, Drake Claremont, is the complete antithesis to him he comes off as cruel and demeaning while Brean is kind and innocent Unfortunately for Brean, his relationship with his professor takes an unusual turn, and he is stuck in an unfavorable situation Meanwhile, he has met another student named Viara, and he quickly falls for her This is [...]

    6. Vampire stories have been popular since Stephanie Meyer s Twilight series Yvonne Von Innes puts a new spin on this genre in Angel s Breath.Rather than romance and all its challenges, compounded when one s love interest is a vampire, Ms Von Innes weaves a stirring morality tale, one easily paralleled to the human universe than many of the popular vampire novels The story is not without romance, but that is not its central theme The motivations of the characters, both human and undead, form the c [...]

    7. Angel s Breath was a happy surprise An unpredictable vampire story set in the academia world appears on the surface to be the story of a vampire and his chosen victim, but there is so much to this tale The author Yvonne von Innes weaves the complex tale pulling threads of age old contrasts good vs evil, love and hate, forgiveness and redemption I loved that this story starts as a true horror storya vampire with a helpless victim is horrendous, not a romantic tale The author develops her charact [...]

    8. I received a copy in a review swap but that in no way influenced my rating Now that that s out of the way.I really enjoyed this book overall but I will admit I put it down a few times in the beginning I felt like the language was stilted and nothing seemed to happen for the first 40 50 pages and the book is kind of long But since I m also an indie author I pushed through because I would hate to have my own work put off so quickly Man am I glad I continued It gets so much better as it goes on So [...]

    9. First of all I would like to say thank you to and Yvonne Von Innes for the signed copy I won.As normal, I will not go into the plot, but say my thoughts after reading the book I found the story and whole book as riveting and it was a tear to put down at night when I needed to get some sleep It is superbly written, and there is a lot of dialogue Some people might think that vampire stories are much of the same , but I can certainly say that this wasn t A bit surreal, unpredictable and basically a [...]

    10. This was one of the better book I have read in a long time, I really thoroughly enjoyed this book and couldn t put it down It is a sort of vampire story but not like any vampire story I have read before and I think that and the characters and the story itself is what made this such an interesting and fun book to read My only comment on it, which isn t really on it is that it took me so long to get around to actually reading it as I enjoyed it that much I really hope there will be a second book a [...]

    11. I received this book from First Reads on in exchange for an honest review. That being said, overall, I enjoyed this book it took me awhile to get warmed up get involved in the plot, but once I did, I enjoyed the story This isn t a Twilight type of vampire book, it s a lot subtler, there is no violence or graphic sex, either Its just a nice easy read Thank you, Yvonne Von Innes, for letting me have the opportunity to read Angel s Breath.

    16. I have been kind of bored with the whole vampire thing for a long time and then this book came along and relit my love for these creepy stories These vampires are utterly amazing The love story is flawless If you want traditional vampires Pick this book up.

    17. I received this book on accident, I was not paying attention to what the book was about and I was disappointed It is self published and I commend the author on that I am sure many people would enjoy this book, but it simply is not the type of book I enjoy.
