    2. I have now read all three of the galdir books and hope that there is a fourth The story is definitely not finished

    3. This is the second in the series I have read from this author I enjoyed it as much as the first Very descriptive, portraying Galdir back in Rome, and giving a vivid insight into life at court with the mad emperor Commodus Overall very well written, but as with the first book, a bit lacking in punctuation I will, however, continue to read from this author.ebookproofreader.wordpress

    4. Great StoryThe author has given his readers an excellent picture of the corruption in ancient Rome and the indulgences of a mad emperor The dialogue is good and the descriptions are well written.

    5. Interesting and original historical background with some inaccuracies The dialog was a little thin I thought but overall entertaining.

    6. Read this nowGreat read, great story, action packed, this book is a fitting follow up to the last two in the series.
