    1. So fun and entertaining to read A great book as an example of the Golden age of children s literature it was written for the purpose of pleasure and enjoyment It was also so cool to see what concepts and ideas Disney kept for the movie and what they did not I also liked that even though it s an older book it kept my seven and five year old kids entertained.

    2. I feel like I ve already read this before Peter Pan and Wendy is about how Wendy, John, and Michael Darling met Peter Pan and went with him to Neverland Peter Pan lives with the Lost Boys In Peter Pan and Wendy, Peter Pan, the Lost Boys, Wendy, John, and Michael have many adventures together They meet Indians and pirates Peter Pan s nemesis is the pirate captain James Hook Captain Hook lost his arm to a crocodile and has feared the crocodile ever since Peter Pan was the one who caused him to los [...]

    3. To die will be an awfully big adventure, says Peter Pan The book has very particular appeal, hiding a subtle narrative nostalgia of growing up, changing, parting way with friends, wishes, and dreams And fear of forgetting Never say goodbye because goodbye means going away and going away means forgetting Five stars, though, go mostly to wonderful, almost alluring, illustrations of Anne Grahame Johnstone.

    4. Just finished reading this aloud to Cate and Addie Have never read it before It is brilliant written 100 years ago but still so fun to read for adults and children alike Many of the words and phrases needed some explanation to my 4 and 7 year old daughters, but aside from that minor detail it is a must read Very different from the Disney version, and much, much better

    5. A lot of this book I remember from the Mary Martin and Cyril Richard version I had a lot of fun recording the audio book on my Youtube channel, please visit Katie s Bookshelf Chapters youtube edit o U
