I really love the concept of this book It gives some very helpful practices that one can adopt to improve your workplace The use of the game metaphor is very apt and using it to tie in most of the practices works well I especially like the point of making things like meetings an opt in as opposed to mandatory.I found the discussion about adopting triads really practical and plan to use that I m the future.The only thing that holds me back from giving this a 4 or 5 was a few places where the gram [...]

    2. a good book for everyone, who just started the agile journey You do not need a lot of prerequisites, the book describes everything in close detail For my taste, sometimes in too much close detail But it will serve as a good book to look up some ideas when needed

    3. Some really good stuff here, but I really didn t enjoy the style of writing in this book Also, 2 3 was already too familiar to me personally, but I d still recommend this for the good parts tribal learning, triads, everything is a game.

    4. If you are into Agile development and want to know what s on the horizon for the movement, read this one A brilliant take on cultural aspect of how teams work.

    6. Great book At first I was put off a bit by all those scrum analogies But in the end all pieces fell together nicely.
