    1. An interesting read on the tensions between a free press and national security Definitely academic in nature but also definitely from deep in the intelligence community This lays out the issues and perspectives well It does develop and push the rational choice theory basically, weighing and considering the pros cons and the right choice will be made I m not sure that works This book was written post wikileaks, but pre Snowden.
