    1. Victoria Hanley is one of my favorite authors, but the end of this book is torturous I m not fond of cliffhangers, and the fact that Victoria Hanley has said before that writing a first draft is like clawing my way through solid rock using only my fingernails makes me worry about how long the next book is going to take to come out.

    2. I liked this book very much It was fast paced and didn t seem to lag from beginning to end Zaria and her friends shine and Lily Morganite is truly evil if you thought she was an evil witch fairy in Violet Wings, she doesn t stop showing just how much of a witch she is in this sequel I m so glad I read it I hope there will be another book, because if there isn t it would be a real shame.

    3. I REALLY LOVED THIS BOOK It was a great companion to the first The only thing is IT ENDS ON A FREAKING CLIFF HANGER This book was hard enough to get Getting the third book, And there is a third book called Indigo Bottle is impossible. Why Because you can t buy it anywhere I ve looked online on various websites Absolutely nothing Either Victoria Hanley didn t finish writing the book, or it s one of those rare books Either way, I m extremely disappointed I can t finish the series It would be fantas [...]

    4. Find More Reviews like this on YA Fantasy Book ReviewsWRITING 4 wingsVictoria Hanley s writing is simple, but addictive Like the previous book in the series, Violet Wings which I reviewed a little while back , each chapter starts with a few paragraphs worth of an excerpt from a Fey historical text It explains a bit of the background so that you feel knowledgeable about the world going in This one, simple act makes the writing the story so much enjoyable It feels like you are sinking into a coz [...]

    5. First of all, I LOVE THIS BOOK.But I wish Violet Wings gave me a heads up about this second book I didn t find out about Indigo Magic until 3 months ago, and I didn t get my hands on it until this month I had to reread the first book again in order to read the second book, and thank God I did I almost completely forgot about everything that happened in Violet Wings Second of all, the author forgot to give another heads up again to us readers I m not saying that there will be, for sure, a third b [...]

    6. I was looking forward to reading this book after the first in the series, but unfortunately I was a bit disappointed The protagonist, Zaria, was quite annoying managing to view spoiler lose both the dangerous Troll magic and the regenerating magic powder to Lily She took risk after risk, none of which really paid off I got fed up of her saying she should stay away from the human boy and then going to him anyway and going as far as building a portal in his basement Therefore it was no surprise wh [...]

    8. I think it was a well written but a very depressing book Almost everything that happened was bad and if something good happened then it was ruined I didn t enjoy it that much and found it a bit of a drag.
