    2. This is a very interesting book, which reviews the lives of Zelda Fitzgerald, Edna Ferber, Edna St Vincent Millay, and Dorothy Parker over the decade of the 1920s Although I found it difficult to follow because it seemed to jump around a lot, the information about the personal lives of these writers was interesting to read One caveat, though I d suggest that readers already know something about these writers before reading this book, because the author assumes that you do.

    3. ah lucid and illuminating.text is arranged so that it felt like I was in middle school again reading about pompeii.uncaptioned photos and portraits on pages with multiple short biographies was a pretty foolish oversight hereol to have little sections like the woolf family s pets, the bloomsbury practical jokes, and virginia s skinny dipping experience.

    4. This was a remarkably good book I went into it knowing very little about the Bloomsbury group and now feel like I have a good, working knowledge And it has piqued by curiosity about such a liberal and artistic group, far ahead of their time Already enad of Virginia Woolf, I have now added many others and will be reading books about and by them for quite a while.

    5. Even having read many books on Bloomsbury this kept my interest I kept it by my bed and read chapters each night Well done and some good information no matter how much you know about this group of fascinating people
