I read this book because I was thinking about becoming a psychiatrist After reading this and thinking long and hard about it I decided against it The world of psychiatric residency in the early 1980 s is described with stunning openness Definitely worth checking out if you have any interest in psychiatry whether you are on the receiveing side of therapy, in some stage of becoming a therapist or just want to know about it.
